For Neurodiversity Week 2025, [**I wrote If I publish this, I’ll never work again**](https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/i-publish-ill-never-work-again-gregg-bayes-brown-8gohe/?trackingId=hEm3N4ulQzW3Id07c7ZE%2Fw%3D%3D&ref=bayesiantheory.com). I ended the piece with: “If I’m wrong, I’ll see you in the Job Centre.”

Long story short, I was wrong. The piece I wanted for NDW 26 will have to wait.

Despite that, I’ve certainly been busy while funemployed. At the start of February, $830bn was wiped off SaaS stocks and AI-wrappers in six days. The reason why? Claude Cowork.

With all the hype over OpenClaw and all the doom over... well... everything, you may have missed just how much the AI game has changed in 2026\. Let me show you what I’ve been building since Cowork hit.

## Kronos

Discovering I had AuDHD in late 2024 has been something of a double-edged sword. Hyperfocus? Great! Executive dysfunction? I didn’t even know it was a function to begin with.

To aid with that, I’ve built Kronos – a productivity suite for Claude Cowork.

Kronos connects to my email, my calendar, my to do list, and my work. Every morning, it does the following:

- Schedules my whole day and books it in my calendar
- Dynamically reschedules work if I’ve had an urgent item come in
- Reads my emails, identifies any tasks it can do, and actions them.
- Books in any work I’ve handed to Cowork to do
- Gives me a briefing for the day

It then launches a task app which tells me what I should be working on and what’s coming up. When I finish something, it ticks it off the list. If I run out of time, it schedules the follow up.

It also comes with its own task board, which connects to any pre-existing task board (eg. Google Tasks).

Everything goes into the inbox, either through the app or from a widget on my phone. I move the tasks into their corresponding lists, and Kronos does the rest.

If I want Cowork to handle one of them, I just drag and drop to the Claude list and it gets done – using my templates, brand style, context, and my writing guide.

Kronos is at v2 at the moment with a couple of kinks to work out, but planning to make this public shortly, maybe even next week.

## Font

This one’s a love letter to my old profession, communications.

As a comms man, I always found myself pulled in a million directions with minimal budget and resource. Every comms person can relate – that’s why agency comms exist.

Problem with agency comms is it costs an absolute bomb, so I turned agency comms into a suite for Claude.

Font does the following:

- **Strategy.** It’ll work with you and your existing documents to define your overall comms strategy, messaging, sources of truth, and audience. This turns into the strategy kernel which drives everything else.
- **Briefing.** Daily briefings on your comms activity, competitor and sector moves, opportunities for you to pounce on, and potential threats to act on.
- **Media.** Another cash sink for comms are PR databases. Font replaces them. Rather than drawing on out-of-date and poorly maintained media lists, it creates a bespoke one. It scans for every journalist currently writing about what you care about, creates a list, and uses inference to figure out their emails.
- **Campaigns.** Helps you create campaigns, manage the project, and create all the associated collateral. It does this using your style guide and my twenty years of journalism/communications experience – so no generic AI crap.
- **Advice & crisis.** Helps you manage a comms crisis and provides strategic advice on any topic.

Like Kronos, it comes with its own app for managing all this which works with Claude Cowork. Font’s backend is all done and works beautifully. Currently, I’m tinkering with the app UX so people unfamiliar with AI/Cowork can pick this up from the get-go.

## Stratus

I see a lot of McKinsey types on LinkedIn claiming they’ll never be replaced. Which gave me an idea: replace them.

Stratus began life as an end-to-end AI equivalent of the MBB pipeline – from interrogation through to shiny deck. Sure, you can pay MBB firms £5m and take 3 months to give you subpar advice. Or you can use Stratus, get strategic guidance on any business challenge in an hour, and the only cost is your Claude sub.

I’ve since built it up to be a whole strategy suite. Like Font, it uses a strategy kernel as context for your organisation and is controlled via an app. The current version also does the following:

- **Briefings.** Monitors for signals which impact your organisation, sets out the implication, and recommends the counterplay.
- **Advice.** Considers proposals, their alignment to the strategy, maps risk, and recommends the way forward.
- **Measurement.** Generates metric-based measurement frameworks.

Also, the coup de grace for anyone working AI into their strategy: the Corporate Cartographer. This is a whole package for any organisation looking to discover, define and document workflows and procedures across an organisation. This bad boy can:

- Speak with colleagues to map out a workflow or take a transcript from a meeting and pull the same trick.
- Turn it into an editable Miro-style diagram, clearly showing how work progresses, who it impacts, what data is needed, and where the decision gates are.
- Provides all your workflows and procedures into both a node map across an organisation (so you can see how workflows interact with each other) and a searchable database of all workflows.

Still working on app end, will likely follow Font.

Also in the works are **Thomas**, my enablement suite for any org wanting to adopt AI, and **Bayes Brain** (working title), a second brain platform.

All of this will be released free of charge. For me, the real value is the ability for your whole organisation to be able to build and use this sort of capability.

If you agree, you know where to find me.
